Aims and Objectives
The study of innovation and technology remains a paramount focus of modern science. In an ever-evolving society, the implementation of innovative solutions has become an indispensable feature of our time. The service and food industries are particularly sensitive to these shifts, as they must respond swiftly to emerging consumer needs and maintain a clear understanding of their target market segments. Innovations and technologies enhance the industry's competitiveness, facilitate the application and commercialisation of research and development (R&D) results, and drive the introduction of new goods and services to the market. The concept for this journal originated among colleagues within the Department of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Management at Cherkasy State Technological University. It took shape during the preparation of our signature International Scientific and Practical Conference, "Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Business in Ukraine: Problems of Development and Regulation". Recognising the need for a dedicated discussion platform for in-depth scholarly dialogue, we aim to engage both established experts and emerging researchers. We believe that the research and implementation of innovations and technologies will foster growth within the service and food sectors, ultimately yielding a positive impact on the national economy. We express our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to the establishment of this journal. It is our hope that this publication will serve as a valuable resource for professionals in the service and food industries and inspire further scientific inquiry.
