The history and concept of the journal.
Research on innovation and technology is most relevant to modern science. Innovation is an inherent feature of today's society, which is constantly changing. The service and food industries are quite sensitive to change, because they have to respond quickly to new customer needs and track a segment of their customers. Innovations and technologies increase the level of competitiveness of the industry, promote the use and commercialization of research and development results, determine the production of new goods and services. The idea of creating the journal came from colleagues of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality of Cherkasy State Technological University, during the preparation and holding of the already traditional for our team International scientific conference "Tourism and hospitality business in Ukraine: problems of development and regulation", because we need our own discussion platform for in-depth scientific dialogue, to which we hope to attract both well-known industry professionals and young scientists.
