Copyright and Licensing

Authors whose articles are published in open-access retain all rights to the content of the articles and also give the right to the journal to publish original scientific articles that contain the results of experimental and theoretical research and are not pending for publication in other journals.

The author shows that the submitted material:
- does not infringe the copyrights of other persons or organisations;
- has not been previously published in other journals and has not been submitted for publication in other journals.

The rights that the author transfers to the editorial board of Proceedings of Scientific Works of Cherkasy State Technological University. Series: Economic Sciences, include in particular the rights to:
- to publish the article in Ukrainian (English) and distribute its printed version;
- to translate the article in English (for articles in Ukrainian) and distribute the printed version of the translation;
- to distribute the electronic version of the article, as well as the electronic version of the English translation of the article (for articles in Ukrainian) by any electronic means (placement on the official website of the journal, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.).

The author reserves the right, without the consent of the editorial board and founders:
- to use the materials of the article in whole or in part for educational purposes;
- to use the materials of the article in whole or in part for writing their own dissertations;
- to use the materials of the article for the preparation of abstracts, conference reports, as well as oral presentations;
- in all cases, the presence of a bibliographic link to an article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the journal is mandatory.

Open-access articles (open-access journals)
Open access articles are committed to be published under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0. This license allows others to distribute, edit, correct and build upon your work, even commercially, as long as they indicate your authorship.

Authors' responsibilities

Authors must ensure that the work presented is original and has not been published elsewhere in any language. If the authors have used the work and / or words of others, appropriate references should be made.

The authors of the original research must present an accurate report on the work done, as well as describe its relevance. The text of the study should contain detailed information and references. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements are unethical and unacceptable.

The author should not publish manuscript that describes essentially the same research in more than one journal. Submitting a manuscript to more than one journal is unethical and improper.

Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should mention and refer to publications that have influenced their research.

Authors should also take into account the following: the editors of the journal exercise strict control over excessive (no more than 2-3 references) and unjustified citation of their own publications; if any such case is detected, the paper will not be accepted.

The author and co-authors should be persons who have made significant contributions to the concept, implementation or interpretation of the study presented.  Current copyright laws and conventions must be followed.
